Cultivates meaningful student experiences

There is no greater gift an educator can give a student than authenticity. The commitment to hearing the student, to see them as they are, and to help them reach the heights they can only dream of reaching is the fundamental building block for creating a truly safe space for academic and personal growth.

As such, Kyle Belanger uses the moments inside the classroom to learn the innermost workings of his students–carefully observing their tendencies, reacting with personally-tailored follow-up assignments, and cultivating deeper conversations to be had when class is through.

It is within these moments that Belanger begins to craft meaningful individualized student experiences. These experiences can take countless forms, including connecting them to appropriate internship settings, showing them new ways to incorporate service into their work, creating and collaborating with them on creative projects, or simply linking them with any of the countless other media/communications professionals in his contacts list.

Builds longstanding relationships

In an industry predicated upon the fundamentals of relationship building and interpersonal communication, Kyle Belanger remains dedicated to the platinum rule: Treat others the way they want to be treated.

As a result, through over 20 years of media work, and with more than a decade training the next wave of professional broadcasters, journalists, and communications professionals, Belanger has forged countless meaningful bonds across the globe with academics, students, colleagues, celebrities, hall of famers, friends, and associates.
